Design and Engineering Sales Installation and Service
Harris Electric has been wiring Washington State since 1928 when company founder Jack Harris began wiring residential homes and small commercial buildings in the Seattle area. With electrical contracting licenses in both Washington and Alaska, the scope and capabilities of Harris Electric’s commercial division has grown impressively over the years.
Today, our commercial division specializes in commercial as well as industrial facilities with extensive electrical and equipment installation needs. Since our 1928 inception, Harris Electric has completed many projects of a unique, complex and industrial nature as either the prime contractor or major subcontractor. Some of these projects include the new FAA flight control tower at Sea-Tac airport, a state of the art high school built in Seattle’s Ballard school district and a facility expansion project at the Washington State Convention Center.
Industrial projects have included machine shops, manufacturing facilities, large refrigerated warehouses and food processing facilities. Harris Electric's mission is to provide value to our clients by providing superior quality, design, cost, schedule, and safety on all projects.
The commercial division at Harris Electric has many resources it can draw from, including an in house design/engineering team, seasoned and experienced staff, and even a UL listed industrial control panel shop if the need should arise.
Harris Electric can also be relied upon for all types of testing and troubleshooting from its crew of seasoned electricians. Our electrician’s use cutting edge technology such as thermo graphic imaging to detect problems no eye can see, saving the customer both time and money.
